Interim CISO / Information Security Specialist – TISAX Implementation

Assignment period: August 10 – December 31

Location: Gothenburg, on-site 3 days per week

We are looking for an experienced Interim CISO and Information Security Specialist to join our organization for a fixed-term engagement. In this role, you will take ownership of our information security posture and lead the end-to-end implementation of TISAX across the entire company.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as acting CISO, providing strategic and operational leadership in information security

• Lead and drive the TISAX implementation project from current state to certification readiness

• Develop, maintain, and improve the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS)

• Identify risks, define security controls, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to embed a security-conscious culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience within Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)

• Proven track record in information security leadership and project management

• Strong ability to drive structured implementation projects independently

Meriting:

• Hands-on experience with TISAX assessment and certification processes
