Job Posting Title: SE_UX Designer_Specialist

Description: The UX Designer will work across multiple digital product teams within the organisation, with two primary workstreams. The first involves supporting the delivery of an MVP for a service-oriented enterprise application - specifically improving the UI of a legacy platform to align visually with newer embedded content, investigating feasibility within technical constraints, and mapping the overall workflow for usability improvements. The second involves redesigning a sales-oriented application using the Volvo Group Design System while identifying workflow and usability improvements, as well as supporting end-to-end testing of a recently completed system integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related discipline

5+ years of professional experience in UX design

Experience working with legacy systems and enterprise applications, including assessing what's feasible to change within technical constraints

Ability to visualise end-to-end workflows and identify usability improvements

Experience working with and applying design systems

Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders

Ability to present and articulate design decisions to both designers and non-designers

Proficiency in Figma

Experience delivering UX across multiple platforms (web, mobile, enterprise tools)

Self-driven and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams with varying priorities

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/enterprise platforms is a plus
