Coordinating Epic Owner within CFOO

Swedbank is in the midst of integrating Stabelo and Entercard into the bank’s core processes and IT landscape following the acquisitions. We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented Coordinating Epic Owner to support this important transformation within CFOO.

CFOO is responsible for Group Finance, Group Steering Planning and Control, Group Treasury, Group Sustainability, and Group Procurement. In this role, you will help ensure that the newly acquired entities are successfully integrated into the relevant processes and IT systems across these areas.

This assignment places a strong focus on reporting, accounting, and treasury functions, including FTP, funding, and liquidity. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional activities, managing dependencies, handling risks, and supporting architectural and design-related decisions. The role also requires hands-on involvement in solving complex and critical issues together with business and IT stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of CFOO domains such as accounting, reporting, treasury, and steering.
• Experience working with data, BI, and warehousing environments.
• Banking experience is highly preferred, especially within the relevant functional areas.
• Experience from Swedbank or similar environments is a strong plus.
